You may evaluate the source files included in the download package for free, but if you use them you must purchase an inexpensive "General" license that allows you to include the dialogs in your binary applications (the price varies depending on what distribution rights you want - $5 for personal use, $25 for use in shareware, or $50 for commercial distribution). As a General license holder, you may distribute the source in your open-source application by obtaining a free "Recompile" license for that application.
